Home & Community-Based Services/Habilitation
Habilitation services is a program that provides home and community-based services (HCBS) for Iowans with the functional impairments typically associated with chronic mental illnesses. Our habilitation services are designed to help participants acquire, retain, and improve the self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in the home- and community-based settings.
Supported Community Living
Supported Community Living (SCL) provides people with disabilities the opportunity to live independently in the community.
Our Services Include
This program is funded through the Iowa MHDS/ECR
Day Habilitation
These services are usually provided in a day program setting outside the home.
We focus on areas such as social skills, communication skills, and behavior management. (coming soon).
